Dear Conference Participant,
Thank you for registering to attend the 7th annual Wharton China Business Forum. We look forward to seeing you soon. Please note that there are no physical tickets issued for the forum. We have your name on our registration list and you will be able to register without a physical ticket.
- The conference will be held on Saturday, February 6th, 2010 from 9am to 7pm in Jon M. Huntsman Hall, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Breakfast and registration start at 8am. We encourage you to come for the breakfast session as many of our speakers will be present.
- Jon M. Huntsman Hall is located on 3730 Walnut Street. (Intersection of 37th and Walnut Streets). However, because it is a weekend, the Walnut street entrance may not be open. All guests will have to enter from the Locust Walk entrance, which is one block down from Walnut Street. If you arrive at the Walnut Street entrance, walk towards 38th street, make a left at the corner of the building, and another left one street down to get around the building to the Locust walk entrance.
- Directions to UPenn’s campus can be found here.
- Click here for a campus map, including parking locations. The nearest parking location is 119 South 38th Street, right across from Jon M. Huntsman Hall’s Walnut street entrance.
- If you are a Penn student, please bring your Penn card as you will have to swipe in at security.
- If you have registered as a group participant directly with us and have not bought tickets online individually, you will be able to make payment in cash at the registration desk. We already have your name and you will be able to register directly without any physical ticket.
