Strategic Initiatives Group
The Strategic Initiatives Group is responsible for new initiatives with program potential. The group works extensively with professionals and other external entities to shape the future of the society on a holistic scale. Members will continue to pioneer new and interesting initiatives that will leave a lasting legacy, applying a full range of business skills and tools.
Currently, the Strategic Initiatives Group manages the Exchange Program. The Exchange Program works to bring students from top Chinese universities (Tsinghua Univeristy, Peking University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, SWUFE) to the University of Pennsylvania, building lasting bridges and friendships across all institutions. The Program is currently working to expand to high-school students and increase the number of participants from universities across China.
The Strategic Initiatives Group also manages alumni relations, periodically creating WCBS alumni newsletters and keeping the alumni connected with WCBS.
