Social Activities

BonbonBonbon

Participants are free to enjoy their own time after the last company visit each day, which is usually around 5 pm. Shanghai offers a diverse night life and we will usually organize optional activities at night to experience the night life in Shanghai.

Food is not covered explicitly for by the costs of the trip, however, participants should not be concerned as most meals will either be provided for externally or we will be organizing group outings to restaurants.

For example, if participants wish to eat breakfast, the hotel provides a free breakfast. Others can try out a traditional Chinese breakfast by buying food from street vendors near the hotel. In addition, many lunches are provided for by companies with an opportunity to network and discuss various issues. We will also be organizing optional dinners for participants. In the past, we have sampled the entire dining culture in Shanghai, covering foods from local Shanghainese to Japanese to Cantonese.

We will be visiting a few cultural sites around Shanghai on our off-days that will be optional.
